As someone who loves running and being outdoors, I’ve always struggled with finding ways to incorporate strength training into my routine without stepping into a gym. The RWX upper body training vest is a great idea, and it was executed very well. There are many benefits to using this training vest. All of these benefits involve getting you into better shape. The vest comes with 2 30-pound and 2 40-pound resistance bands. The vest also compresses the abdomen muscles to provide some abdominal fat burning. There is a holder or strap that you can use to attach the resistance bands to your legs or the bottom of your feet for arm curls, or other exercises that you will find i the user manual. This is so convenient, time, and space saving!

As someone who works out at home, I am always looking for ways to get a full and effective workout without having to add big, bulky, space taking equipment to my tiny apartment. It doesn't get much better than this. It is so convenient and effective. After my first workout with this vest, I was feeling it everywhere... And I do mean everywhere! Great for Shadow Boxing on the Oculus!

I use this while shadow boxing on the oculus. The vest fits well and helps me with my posture while the bands adds the resistance and strength component when (virtually) striking the boxing pads. And, although I'm not entirely convinced that I'd use this for all my resistance training, I am definitely interested in experimenting with the use of foot handle attachments (not included) for lunges and squats in the near future. How does RWX work?

Once you have the Vest on and the bands properly adjusted, review the exercise booklet and perform each exercise according to your physical condition and the muscles you want to work. It is designed for outdoor activities and physical training. It is also ergonomic and adapts comfortably to the body.

Can RWX be used for other exercises besides walking?

Yes. Our workbook has more than 16 types of exercises to strengthen your body that you will find in the booklet contained in the box. You can also check them in our social networks.

In what sizes is RWX available?

We have two sizes available: S/M and L/XL.

How do I keep my RWX vest clean?

After stretching exercises, clean the vest according to the following recommendations: Wash it by hand with water at room temperature, use liquid or mild soap, let it dry in the shade. Remember not to put it in a washing machine or iron it at the end.

Can I carry the RWX with a backpack or other accessories?

Yes. The backpack for carrying the vest is large, flexible and convenient for storing the bands and other accessories.

Is the RWX suitable for people with physical limitations?

If you have any health condition, consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Likewise, use the Vest only for its intended purpose.

What is included in the RWX package?
