Great for Shadow Boxing on the Oculus!

I use this while shadow boxing on the oculus. The vest fits well and helps me with my posture while the bands adds the resistance and strength component when (virtually) striking the boxing pads. And, although I'm not entirely convinced that I'd use this for all my resistance training, I am definitely interested in experimenting with the use of foot handle attachments (not included) for lunges and squats in the near future.
